About Iwo City Polytechnic
Iwo City Polytechnic, Iwo came into existence in September 2015 to serve as solution to high rate of unemployment and cater for the Polytechnic education of meeting admission seekers most especially in Osun West Senatorial District.
THE PROPRIETOR IWO CITY POLYTECHNIC
The Proprietor Iwo City Polytechnic, Late Elder Idowu Amos, was born to the family of late Pa. Joel Olatunji and Madam Mary Olanike Amori Idowu, more than eighty years ago at Olomi's Compound in Iwo.
He started his education career at Methodist Primary school, Asa, in Ola-Oluwa local Government, under the tutelage of Rev. Longley and later proceeded to Methodist Primary school Oke Adan, Iwo in 1957 to look glly b. .complete his Pry. Certificate that was not available at Asa then.
He went to Baptist Secondary Modern school Ponyan, Iwo, to obtain Modern three certificate in 1960. He later did his grade three teacher's certificate, at LATTICO in 1963.
